Hypertension (or high blood pressure) is a serous condition when the force of the blood against the artery walls is too high and puts additional strain on the heart and artery walls. Hypertension increases the risk of a heart attack, heart failure, stroke.. In order to reduce the risk of developing hypertension one must check blood pressure regularly. Because high blood pressure often does not cause signs of illness that you can see or feel you must check it regularly to see if you must change something.

Keeping a record of your daily blood pressure will help in reducing the risk of developing hypertension.

Further Explanation:

Hypertension is a long term disease that occurred due to high blood pressure. It is also referred to as a silent killer because it doesn’t have any signs and symptoms. People who are suffering from hypertension are under high risk of heart attack, heart failure, and stroke. The normal blood pressure is around 120-80 mmHg.

Blood pressure more than this range is referred to as high blood pressure. It is a major cause of death in most of the country. There is no specific reason for increasing high blood pressure but stress, hormonal activity, and blood plasma level can affect blood pressure. It can be prevented by following these methods:

  • Performing exercise
  • Performing yoga
  • Medication
  • Taking less salt in the diet

So a just response must address those harms as well as the wrongdoing. If the parties are willing, the best way to do this is to help them meet to discuss those harms and how to about bring resolution. Other approaches are available if they are unable or unwilling to meet. Sometimes those meetings lead to transformational changes in their lives.</span>

The foundational principles of restorative justice have been summarized as follows:
