Answer:

Explanation:

A.  The information provided tells you that 572 J is evolved in the production of TWO moles H2O.  So, you should be able to figure out the heat evolved in the production of ONE mole H2O.

B.  How many moles of O2 is 186 g of O2?  186 g x 1 mol/32 g = 5.81 moles.  From the equation, you know that 1 mole O2 generates 572 J of heat.  So heat evolved from 5.81 moles is 5.81 x this amount.

C.  How much heat is reacted?  You probably mean how much heat is evolved.  How many moles of H2 is 4.03 g of H2?

4.03 g H2 x 1 mole/2 g = 2.015 moles H2.  TWO moles H2 generates 572 J of heat, so how much is generated by 2.015 moles H2?  Just multiply.

An artificial satellite is moving in a circular orbit of radius 24,600 km. Calculate its speed if it takes 12hours to revolve ar
denis-greek [22]

Answer:

the speed of the satellite is 12,880.53 km/h

Explanation:

Given;

radius of the circular orbit, r = 24,600 km

time taken to revolve around Earth, t = 12 hours

The circumference of the satellite is calculated as;

L = 2πr

L = 2π x 24,600 km

L = 49,200π km

L = 154,566.36 km

The speed of the satellite;

v = L/t

v = 154,566.36 / 12

v = 12,880.53 km/h

Therefore, the speed of the satellite is 12,880.53 km/h

The total resistance of a parallel circuit is 25 ohms. If the total current is 100mA, how much current is through a 220 ohm resi
gulaghasi [49]

Answer:

The current across the resistance is 0.011 A.

Explanation:

Total resistance, R = 25 ohms

Total current, I = 100 mA = 0.1 A

Let the voltage is V.

By the Ohm's law

V = I R

V = 0.1 x 25 = 2.5 V

Now the resistance is R' = 220 ohm

As they are in parallel so the voltage is same. Let the current is I'.

V = I' x R'

2.5 = I' x 220

I' = 0.011 A

Is gravity constant over the entire earth surface.<br>Explain why?
masha68 [24]

Gravity is often assumed to be the same everywhere on Earth, but it varies because the planet is not perfectly spherical or uniformly dense. In addition, gravity is weaker at the equator due to centrifugal forces produced by the planet's rotation
