Reproduction is the process of making copies.

In an office, the photocopy machine reproduces documents.

In nature, people, plants, and animals reproduce themselves,
and their species continue on Earth when they die.

Reproduction is making something new based on something that already exists. (Re) which means again and (production) which is the creation so in simpler words it is a recreation.

Cells divide during mitosis and recreate copies of themselves. Living organisms use different methods to reproduce. They categories areasexual and sexual which is seen in plants and mammals.

Or you could just be copying and pasting which is still the re production or copy of something that is already there.

Tcecarenko [31]

In the plant, when a cell divides into two daughter cells, we observe in this experiment Mitosis, which is the cell division that allows the plant to elongate and occurs in the meristematic tissues that are at the ends of the plants. Whereas meiosis is restricted to reproductive tissue and forms gametes that will form new seeds through fertilization, carrying genes from one generation to another.

How does mitosis occur in plant cells?

In plant cells, division takes place from the inside out – centripetal cytokinesis. In plant cells, cytokinesis is centrifugal, from the outside to the inside: there is the formation of a lamella, which grows from the center to the periphery and separates the two cells.

With this information, we can conclude that through successive mitotic divisions that the zygote (cell generated after the meeting of gametes) manages to originate all the cells of its organism. Mitosis, therefore, is responsible for the growth and development of embryos.

Tumor-suppressor genes help prevent uncontrolled cell growth. One that is found mutated (and therefore nonfunctional) in more th
Paha777 [63]

Answer:

p53 helps the cells from passing on mutations that lead to DNA damage. Hence, it is known as the guardian angel of the cell as it helps fight against cancer. However, if p53 becomes defective or missing, then the mutations will lead to cancer.

Mutations in the p53 can also cause the tumor-suppressing genes to convert into tumor causing genes. Hence, mutations in such kind of genes can be very harmful for the body.

Tasya [4]
Everything in Earth's system can be placed into one of four major subsystems: land, water, living things, or air. These four subsystems are called "spheres." Specifically, they are the "lithosphere" (land), "hydrosphere" (water), "biosphere" (living things), and "atmosphere" (air) .
