The form of listening occurs when you are trying to experience what another person is thinking or feeling is therapeutic or empathic listening. This is the correct answer.

EXPLANATION

Listening is one of the most important skills in interpersonal relationships that most people take for granted. People generally take listening as something that happens naturally, and that it should come in a subconscious way of life. It is in a slower and more thorough way of looking at lives that some people started to notice that listening is crucial to people’s lives, and should be nurtured, developed and well taken care of. One of the forms in listening is called therapeutic or empathic listening.

Empathic listening revolves around trying to understand what the speaker trying to say by the feelings and the emotion of the speaker. Empathy is a challenging and often difficult way of deeply connecting with someone. Empathy requires more than just being compassionate or feeling sorry for someone, as this relates more to sympathy rather than empathy.

Empathy is best to be described as realizing and understanding another person’s view of a matter. Vocations such as counselors, therapists, and psychologists commonly used emphatic listening to understand and help their patients. Empathic listening focused more on making the speaker feel encouraged to explain and to elaborate on their feelings and emotions rather than judgments and offer advice.

Empathic listening is highly sought after in interpersonal relationships as it makes people feel comfortable talking about their feelings and emotions to a particular person.

Which of the following is NOT within the judicial powers of the federal courts? Multiple Choice A controversy among states. Ques
Sladkaya [172]

Answer:

The correct answer is "A probate court case on a will of a deceased person"

Explanation:

The Constitution of the United States of America has put forward the judicial powers of the federal courts under Article 3. These powers are conferred upon the Supreme Court and other courts who's status is lower than that of the Supreme Court and were created by the Congress.

Section 2 of this article details a broad scope of the powers these courts posses. It maintains that the power extends to all cases in which the US is a party, cases that cover ambassadors and public officials, cases that involve two states, cases that involve citizens of different states. and cases between states and foreign states or entities.

In light of the above mentioned powers, all of the options in the question except the one concerning the probate court case fall under the ambit of federal courts. Federal courts do no have the power to probate wills. These cases are left to the state courts
