I figured this out by dividing the numerator by the denominator to get a percentage. So

-3 divided by 4 = -75%

-7 divided by 10 = -70%

3 divided by 4 = 75%

and 8 divided by 10 = 80%

Converting to percentages really helps a lot with fraction, especially when ordering them from least to greatest :)
