Answer: In the possible source of error goes: Changing two variables at once to increase rate of data collection, Taking turns with lab partners performing different tasks in an experiment, Measuring millimeters with an ordinary meter stick

In the good experimental practice goes: Measuring in standard metric units, Doing repetitive trials of the same experiment, changing the angle of a ramp in an experiment by constant intervals

Explanation: hopefully this helps i got them right so it guaaranteed you will get this right aswell.

Consider a solution that is 0.05 M HCl. Your goal is to neutralize 1 L of this solution (i.e. bring the pH to 7). You also have
Ilia_Sergeevich [38]

Answer:

The volume of NaOH required is - 0.01 L

Explanation:

At equivalence point ,

Moles of HCl = Moles of NaOH

Considering :-

Molarity_{HCl}\times Volume_{HCl}=Molarity_{NaOH}\times Volume_{NaOH}

Given  that:

Molarity_{NaOH}=5\ M

Volume_{NaOH}=?\ L

Volume_{HCl}=1\ L

Molarity_{HCl}=0.05\ M

So,

Molarity_{HCl}\times Volume_{HCl}=Molarity_{NaOH}\times Volume_{NaOH}

0.05\times 1=5\times Volume_{NaOH}

Volume_{NaOH}=\frac{0.05\times 1}{5}=0.01\ L

<u>The volume of NaOH required is - 0.01 L</u>

What is the concentration of agcl in an aqueous solution that contains 1.2 x 10-3 gram of agcl in 800. grams of the solution? 1.
Vlada [557]
Concentration can be measured in ppm. ppm means parts mer million. In terms of mass , ppm units are mg/kg.
concentration of AgCl solution is the mass of AgCl solute in mg per 1 kg of solution.
mass of AgCl present = 1.2 x 10⁻³ kg = 1.2 mg
mass of solution = 800 g = 0.800 kg
the mass of AgCl in 0.800 kg of solution  = 1.2 mg
therefore mass of AgCl in 1 kg of solution = 1.2 mg / 0.800 kg x 1 kg = 1.5 mg
concentration of AgCl is 1.5 mg/kg
since mg/kg = ppm
concentration of AgCl = 1.5 ppm
answer is 1.5 ppm
