If you are asking about AB, Then in order to be a tangent to the circle the m(A) should be equal to 90 degrees. So we have to test it, if measure of angle "A" is 90 or not. Since the 3 sides lengths were given, I guess they want you to use Pyt<span>hagorean theorem which says the following:
hyp^{2}= adj^{2}+opposite^{2}
hypotenuse in here is the 16 unit length side, the adjacent is AB and  the opposite is the diameter with length of 6.4  unit length.
if 16^{2} = 6.4^{2}+9.6^{2} then m(A)= 90 degrees and it will be a tangent.
16^{2}=256
6.4^{2} + 9.6^{2}=40.96+92.16=133.12
so the theorem is not applicable in this situation so the m(A) \neq 90 degrees
therefore AB is not a tangent</span>

Hello,

Yes since (2*6.4)²+9.6²=256=16²
Angle A=90°

The Law of large numbers.

<h3>What is the Law of natural numbers?</h3>

The law of large numbers plays the main role in probability and statistics. It means that if you repeat an experiment independently so many times and average the result, what you get has to be close to the expected value.

An example of the Law of Large Numbers:

Let's assume that you rolled the dice three times and the outcomes were 6, 6, and 3. Then the average result is 5.

So, according to the law of the large numbers, if we roll the dice a large no. of times, then the average result should be closer to the expected value.

It also states that probability and statistics set a sample size that grows, and the mean of the sample size gets closer to the average of the entire population.

This is because if you create the equation using $75 which is the starting fee and then $30 for every hour of playing music.

Equation: 75+30h<200
You subtract 75 from 200 and the divide that number by 200 you will get a decimal but you look at your answer choices and choose the closest number to your answer.
