Well, some of the foods that produce long lasting energy include: Whole Grains, Fruits,Vegaetables. Such examples of whole grain are Popcorn,wild rice, quinoa, oatmeal, bulgur, and Buckwheat. Certain Vegetables such as, Potatoes, dried beans, and peas, can all be considered a form of carbohydrates.
