Thomson experiment he calculated the charge to mass ratio just be passing the fundamental charge through a tube

He calculated the charge to mass ratio just by finding the deflection of charge while it is passing through the constant electric field

so here we will use the deflection as following

let say it passes the field of length "L"

so here we have

t = \frac{L}{v}

now in the same time if it deflect by some distance

\delta y = \frac{1}{2}at^2

\delta y = \frac{1}{2}{eE}{m}t^2

now by solving this equation we can find e/m ratio

so here correct answer will be

the electron's charge-to-mass ratio

Answer:

Charge-to-mass ratio

Explanation:

Thomson's experiment showed that the cathode rays are made up of negatively charged particles. According to Thomson's experiment, he showed an expression for electron's charge to mass ratio as :

\dfrac{e}{m}=\dfrac{E^2}{2B^2V}

where

e is charge on electron

m is the electron's mass

E is electric field

B is magnetic field

V is potential difference

And the ratio of \dfrac{e}{m}=1.76\times 10^{11}\ C/kg

Hence, the correct option is (d) "charge-to-mass ratio".

Syncopation is when we "shift" the beat off of the strong or down beat.
BabaBlast [244]

Given what we know, the statement in this question can be considered as true, since Syncopation does in fact shift the beat off of regular rhythms.

<h3>What is Syncopation?</h3>
  • This is when regular beats are offset in order to disrupt the melody.
  • This is done purposefully.
  • It causes the listener a need to continue in order to hear the beat return to normal.

Therefore, given that Syncopation is defined as a shift or displacement in the rhythms or beats from something <em><u>strong and normal</u></em> to something that causes the listener to want the beat to go back to normal.

Two balls have the same mass of 5.00 kg. Suppose that these two balls are attached to a rigid massless rod of length 2L, where L
olga_2 [115]

Answer:

Explanation:

Given

mass of balls m= 5 kg

N=45.6 rev/s

angular velocity \omega =2\pi N=286.55 rad/s

Length of Rod 2L=1.1 m

Tension in the Second half of rod

T_2=m\omega ^2(2L)=2m\omega ^2L

T_2=5\times (286.55)^2\times 1.1

T_2=451.609 kN

For First Part

T_1-T_2=m\omega ^2L

T_1=T_2+m\omega ^2L

T_1=3 m\omega ^2L

T_1=3\times 5\times (286.55)^2\times 0.55

T_1=677.41 kN

If you traveled 50m/s for 60 seconds, how far did you travel? Remember speed=distance/time
dlinn [17]

Answer:

3,000 m

Explanation:

speed = distance/time

distance = speed * time

= 50 * 60

= 3000 m
