b. substituting the coordinates of the farms in the inequality and see if they are satisfied:

C(2,2)  2+2 = 4 > 2    checks

F(3,4)   3+4 = 7 > 2    checks.

D(1,-2) 1-2 = -1 < 2     does not check.
