You would say that you substitute the n for the colum of n's from the chart. For example f(n) = 4(1) - 1, which is 3 and to the right f(n) is three.

So the answers is f(n) = 4n - 1 so how you get it is, f(n) is the output and you are basically working backwards to figure out what fits in to make the answers correct. So what you first you know that n is the input and that is any number to the left. For example let's take 3 so what you do is you multiply 3 by 4 then subtract it by 1 and that gets you to 11.You can do this with any of the inputs and it would still get the same out put if you use that equation.

Line l has a slope of 98. The line through which of the following pair of points is perpendicular to l? A. (−9,−6),(3,3) B. (9,−
Valentin [98]

We can employ some logic to reduce the answers we need to test. We know that the slope perpendicular to line l has to have a negative reciprocal slope, so a slope of-\frac{9}{8}. We see that in A and C, as x increases so does y. That means the slope of these equations are positive, which we don't want. Now for some algebra:

m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1} \implies\\ B. \frac{6+2}{-6-9}=\frac{8}{-15} \\ D. \frac{3+5}{-6-3}=-\frac{8}{9}

We se that D has the correct slope so that must be the answer.

Whats the answer is for math btw fidsf
ra1l [238]

Step-by-step explanation:

Since this is a select as many answers that are right, there are obviously many answers that are correct.

First, you get m by itself, so you divide 6 with 300.

So,

6m < 300

___   ___

 6        6

m < 50

So the answers are numbers less than 50.

Which are the first four answers:

A, B, C, D
