Answer:

While driving in low visibility conditions the driver must turn on their low dim headlights. It is difficult to see on foggy days so using low dim light helps others to spot your vehicle and decreases the risk of a crash. According to several guidelines the lights should be used on rainy, foggy days. The use of high beams should be avoided, high beams are meant for driving on the highway. Drivers should also keep their speed slow.
