so the answer can be eating disorder.

but every reaction cannot remain the same. it really depends on the person. but the other options of high self esteem can be ruled out as it's the opposite of a true effect. the person may feel pretty week and have a lack kn of self confidence. illnesses can occur after abuses, but after a huge fall into anxiety. abusive behaviour is a very common sign that a person has suffered from a kind of trauma. but I hold with option c.
