I would say that an example that isn't a goal setting step is B. Reward Yourself because by rewarding yourself before you actually do something is going to make you unmotivated to do what actually needs to be done.
It’s saying if you appreciate what you have, you won’t want more. You like what you have. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, “you will never have enough” because you can’t have everything!
