I think p</span>eople brought their thoughts from other cultures and they blended with the thoughts of the Brahmans. The darker features of Hinduism is the result of compromise which the Brahman teachers had to make with non-Aryan races in India.
Answer: People do not help Collin, because they may have other places to go, and need to get there in a timely fashion. Some people are just rude. Some people feel bad for Collin, but they feel like they will be embarrassed if they help him, (I've felt that way before and I have not gone and helped someone because of that.) Some people think that Collin deserved what he got because he was running and if you run there is a possibility that you will trip and fall. There are so many reasons why people didn't help Collin.

He based the formation of a formation of an underclass by polling Americans and realizing that 57% of them are doing badly financially and the state of the economy was most concerning to them. The most poignant of facts is that the education system which is the second highest investment in the world but the students are performing poorly on tests anyway.
Conspiracy theorists claim that the minority students are being treated differently by a group in advocate of education, PEG. The minorities are made to believe that they are entitled and do not need to obey rules as the white children do. For this reason, an "underclass" is being created since minority children in school are not being held to the higher standard as the white children are.
This of course, is only his opinion, and the reason for creating such an, "underclass" is multifaceted and not from a single cause. On the other hand, referring to a group of people as "underclass" is demeaning and derogatory to say the least.
The disadvantages of keeping money in home depends on how much cash, but there are many disadvantages. You are earning any return on that money so you are losing spending power, the longer you keep it at home. You could physically lose it.
