What is, 7 3/10+6 1/3+2 7/10?
snow_lady [41]

7 3/10 + 6 1/3 + 2 7/10

First change them to improper fractions

73/10 + 19/3 + 27/10

now find the common denominator which would be 30

73/10 = 219 /30

19/3 =   190/30

27/10 =  81 /30

now add (219 + 190 + 81) = 490/30

now divide 490 ÷ 30 = 16 1/3

Your answer is 16 1/3

Hope this helps. :)

Answer:
amount of nuts = 2 pounds
amount of dried fruit = 4 pounds

Explanation:
We are given that x is the amount of nuts and y is the amount of dried fruit.
We are also given that:
1- Hunter needs to make 6 pounds of trail mix. This means that:
x + y = 6
This can be rewritten as:
x = 6 - y .........> equation I
2- x costs $4 per pound, y costs $3.5 and Hunter can spend a total of $22. This means that:
4x + 3.5y = 22 ..........> equation II

Substitute with equation I in equation II and solve for y as follows:
4x + 3.5y = 22
4(6-y) + 3.5y = 22
24 - 4y + 3.5y = 22
24-22 = 4y-3.5y
2 = 0.5y
y = 4 pounds

Substitute with y in equation I to get the value of x as follows:
x = 6-y
x = 6-4
x = 2 pounds

Hope this helps :)

Which of the following represents the quotient of the polynomial 6x^3+3x^2-5/3x^2+1
fenix001 [56]

Answer: The quotient is (2x+1)

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, the dividend =  6x^3+3x^2-5

Divisor = (3x^2+1)

By the long division method for finding the quotient we will follow the following steps,

Steps 1 : Write dividend inside the division sign and divisor outside the division sign,

Step 2: Multiply the divisor by 2x and subtract the result by the dividend,

Step 3: Now, again multiply the divisor by 1,

Step 4: Subtract the result by the remaining dividend,

Since, further division is not possible,

Hence, the sum of all terms that are multiplied = 2x+1

Which is our quotient.
