You can either go on a diet, a healthy one, or exercise. I feel as if a healthy combination of both is the perfect answer. Start off small and then slowly and gradually increase the amount of exercise you add into your daily routine. And start off your diet with taking off carbs, excess sugar, and any snacks more than 1 time in a day.
