Chemistry

Answer:

3CCl4 + 2SbF3 → 3CCl2F2 + 2SbCl3

Explanation:

CCl4 +SbF3 → CCl2F2 + SbCl3

On the left side we have 3 times F, on the right side we have 2 times F

To balance we have to multiply SbF3 (on the left side) by 2

On the right side, we have to multiply CCl2F2 by 3

CCl4 +2SbF3 → 3CCl2F2 + SbCl3

On the left side we have 2x Sb, on the right side we have 1x Sb

So we have to multiply, on the right side, SbCl3 by 2

CCl4 +2SbF3 → 3CCl2F2 + 2SbCl3

On the right side, we have 12 times Cl, on the left side we have 4 times Cl

We have to multiply, on the left side, CCl4 by 3. The balanced equation is:

3CCl4 + 2SbF3 → 3CCl2F2 + 2SbCl3

The strongest light left over from the big bang is called background radiation and was given off as which type of wave?
Sonja [21]
It would be Microwaves. The cosmic microwave background (CMB, CMBR), in Big Bang cosmology, is electromagnetic radiation as a remnant from an early stage of the universe, also known as "relic radiation".

Calculate how many grams of hydrogen can be burned if 40. liters of oxygen at 200. k and 1.0 atm. show work pls.
Wittaler [7]

The grams of hydrogen gas can be burned if 40. liters of oxygen at 200. k and 1.0 atm is 4.88 grams.

How do we calculate grams from moles?

Grams (W) of any substance will be calculated by using their moles (n) through the following equation:

 • n = W/M, where

M = molar mass

And moles of the gas will be calculated by using the ideal gas equation as:

 • PV = nRT, where

P = pressure = 1atm

V = volume = 40L

n = moles = ?

R = universal gas constant = 0.082 L.atm / K.mol

T = temperature = 200K

On putting these values on the above equation, we get

n = (1)(40) / (0.082)(200) = 2.439 = 2.44 moles

 • Now grams of hydrogen gas will be calculated by using the first equation as:

W = (2.44mol)(2g/mol) = 4.88g

Hence required mass of hydrogen gas is 4.88g.

Across:

10. The circulatory system transfers nutrients, gases, liquids, and heat around the body.

11. The circulatory system transports heat, which helps regulate temperature.

13. The place where oxygen enters the blood and carbon dioxide leaves the blood. Lungs.

15. A gas that is transported in arteries from the lungs to the rest of the body via the heart. Oxygen.

Down:

2. The heart, blood, and vessels. Circulatory System.

4. Blood in arteries is bright red because it is rich in oxygen.

6. A waste gas that is transported in veins from the body to the lungs via the heart. Carbon di Oxide.

Explanation:

The circulatory system includes blood vessels, blood, and heart. This system provides the body tissues with oxygen and some nutrients. It also carries hormones and eliminates needless waste products.

This transportation takes place between the cells via blood throughout the body. The channel that blood passes through is a blood vessel that is pumped by an organ called heart. The heart directs the blood passing all over the body.

The lungs are a duo of air-filled, spongy organs positioned on both sides of a human's chest. Its main function is to take in air present in the atmosphere and transfer oxygen to the bloodstream. From where it gets circulated throughout the body.
