The correct answer is B) A clear understanding of the actions that constitute sexual harrasment does not exist.

Nowadays, although society is promoting awareness of sexual harrassment we  still have a long way to go. We often find that the most common reason given by sexual harrassers or offenders of their actions is simply that they 'didn't realize that what they were doing was not concentual' whether thats true or not that is the main reason why most of them are often bailed out.

Consent is the most important concept and we should treat it as such.
