Getting enough sleep can provide many benefits for your physical and mental health as well. A properamount of sleep has been known to lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, obesity and Alzheimer's. It also keeps your energy level up, improves your mood, and fights off anxiety and depression.

vredina [299]

Have you explained it to him? If you did, then he should understand. I'm gonna give you advice based on what I would do.

I would like to get to know him more as friends, and tell him that eventually we could be more, but for now I am still hung up on my ex and I need more time to move on. And getting to know him more in a could-be relationship stand point would give you a chance to see if he really loves you or not.

Sometimes people like to guilt-trip people back into relationships even if you don't want to be in one right at that point. It's happened to me before, and it sucks.

I hope this helps!

salantis [7]

Answer:

slow-to-warm-up.

Explanation:

Baby Elizabeth has the temperament described as slow-to-warm-up. These babies have difficulties relating to others, are very shy and do not get used to new experiences. These babies tend to reject and ignore any new people or things, exhibit low moods, handle life cautiously, a little negatively, usually observe everything around them, and are not very active children. These babies end up being overrated and when this occurs they tend to move away.
