Hey there!

5w = 5(10^2) \\ \\ 5(10^2) = 500 \\ \\ 5w = 500 \\ \\ Divide5:  \frac{5w}{5} =  \frac{500}{5} \\ \\ w = 100

Good luck on your assignment and enjoy your day!

WITCHER [35]

Answer:

20x + 22

Step-by-step explanation:

34- 4x + 12x -12 +12x

step 1: 34 - 12 = 22

now you have left: -4x + 12x +12x

step 2: 12x +12x = 24x

step 3: 24x - 4x = 20x

Now you will combine the two answers you got: 20x +22

Hope this helps :)

A box of cashews peanuts and almonds contains 270 nuts. for every 5 cashews there are 6 peanuts and 7 almonds. How many more are
yKpoI14uk [10]
For every 5 cashews, there are 6 peanuts and 7 almonds.

Means:    Cashews:Peanuts:Almonds = 5:6:7

Sum of ratio = 5 + 6 +7 = 18

Cashews =    (5/18) * 270 = 75

Peanuts =    (6/18) * 270 = 90

Almonds =    (7/18) * 270 = 105

So how many more what are there than peanuts?

The number of that nuts Minus the number of peanuts.

= Number of that nuts  -  90

5m - 3n = 19; m - 6n = -7 /pls. help me solve this linear equation with two variables.
Allisa [31]

Answer:

m = 5, n = 2

Step-by-step explanation:

5m - 3 n = 19\\m - 6n = - 7 \ => m = -7 + 6n\\\\Substitute \ m  \ in \  5m - 3n = 19\\\\5(-7 + 6n) - 3n = 19\\-35 + 30n -3n = 19\\27n = 19 + 35 \\27n = 54 \\n = 2\\\\Substitute \ n = 2 \  in \  m = -7 + 6n\\\\m = -7 + (6 \times 2) = -7 + 12 = 5
