Inhalants are any substance that has fumes that can be inhaled to induce a high. Compressed nitrogen or carbon dioxide, gasoline and other gases like benzene and butane (benzene can cause an allergic reaction to your own adrenaline), air freshener, paint, etc... Are all considered inhalants.

Bleach however wouldn't be considered an inhalant, seeing as how most of fumes are near toxic enough to cause death...
