What are the positives and negatives of regulation? Why does government  use them? ​

The positives of regulations Are They’re supposed to keep our country safe and the negatives they don’t really do that. And the reason our government uses regulations is to keep people in check so people don’t go off and do things that can potentially ruin our earth, our homes, our buildings, our land, are animals etc.
