A.) math- 45, science- 20, social studies- 18, language arts- 17

b.) math- 33.8, science- 15, social studies- 13.5, language arts- 12.8

I’m not sure about b. If you round to the nearest tenth, you get 75.1, but if you keep them as they come out on the calculator, they add up to 75.

Nadya [2.5K]

Answer:

  AD= 8

  DC= 15

  Angle a= 112°

  Angle b= 68°

  Angle c= 112°

Step-by-step explanation:

We have to assume the figure is a parallelogram.

Opposite sides of a parallelogram are congruent, so ...

  BC = AD = 8

  AB = DC = 15

Opposite angles are congruent, and adjacent angles are supplementary.

  180° - ∠D = Angle a = Angle c = 112°

  ∠D = Angle b = 68°

V=\frac{12R}{r+R}\\\\V(r+R)=12R\\\\Vr+VR=12R\\\\VR-12R=-Vr\\\\(V-12)R=-Vr\ \ \ \ /:(V-12)\neq0\\\\R=\frac{-Vr}{V-12}\\\\R=\frac{Vr}{12-V}
