What roles do vetoing and overriding play in the process of turning a bill into a law?
777dan777 [17]

Answer:

Explanation:

By threatening a veto, the President can persuade legislators to alter the content of the bill to be more acceptable to the President. Congress can override a veto by passing the act by a two-thirds vote in both the House and the Senate. (Usually an act is passed with a simple majority.)

PLEASE HELP!!! Which goal of American foreign policy do you think is most important? Write a paragraph explaining why.
NeTakaya
Personally, i think being nice and getting along with all our neighbors so they dont have any intentions of bombing us is important.

Definitely not constantly bombing other countries and deposing world leaders we dont like which will cause foreign combatants to employ guerilla tactics (since, america already has a decent military and no one is going to stand infront of the big guns)

its much more complicated than what i mentioned above and you definitely shouldnt copy and paste this, but here's just some suggestions

It's evening and we're mentally replaying the day's events. We picture our facial expressions as we listened to a friend's tale
kenny6666 [7]

Because we were unable to see these expressions at the time, our recall illustrates memory construction.

Explanation:

Memory construction is the formulation of new memories and it is sometimes argued not to be as reliable since people tend to add new information that may have not occurred in the first place. Adding new events during memory retrieval can change or distort what we believe we remember about the past and there is a possibility that this might lead to distortion and inaccuracies.

Inaccuracies can be caused by exposure to misleading information such as imagined events or uncertainties about particular occurrences. For example when a witness of a crime isn’t sure whether the vehicle was a truck or an SUV.
