Therefore, the slope of the line is 1/3. In case if you want the equation too.

y=mx+b\\y=\frac{1}{3}x+b\\ 2=\frac{1}{3}(4)+b\\ 2=\frac{4}{3}+b\\ b=-\frac{4}{3}+2\\ b=-\frac{4}{3} +\frac{6}{3}\\ b=\frac{2}{3}

Therefore, the equation is y=1/3x+2/3
