Answer:

Explanation:

Given that,

The amplitude of oscillation is

A = 29.8981cm = 0.298981m

Spring constant k = 19.1461N/m

Mass of banana hung m = 43.288kg

Maximum speed v?

The maximum speed can be determined by using the formula

v = w•A

Where

w = angular frequency

A = amplitude

So we need to get the angular frequency and it can be determined by using the formula

w = √ (k/m)

w = √(19.1461/43.288)

w = √0.4423

w = 0.6651rad/sec

Then, maximum speed

v = w•A

v = 0.6651 × 0.298981

v = 0.19884m/s

v ≈ 0.2m/s

The maximum speed of oscillation is 0.2m/s

As a bicycle pump inflates a tyre, it pressure rises from 30 kPa to 40 kPa at constant temperature of 30 °C. By assuming the air
MArishka [77]

This question involves the concepts of work done, pressure, and temperature.

The work done per mol of the air is "-724.71 J/mol".

Using the given formula for work done:

W=RTln\frac{P_1}{P_2}

where,

W = work done per mol = ?

R = universal gas constant = 8.314 J/mol.k

T = absolute temperature = 30°C + 273 = 303 k

P₁ = initial pressure = 30 KPa

P₂ = final pressure = 40 KPa

Therefore,

W= (8.314\ J/mol.k)(303\ k)ln\frac{30\ KPa}{40\ KPa}\\

W = -724.71 J/mol

In a pig-calling contest, a caller produces a sound with an intensity level of 60 db. how many such callers would be required to
zloy xaker [14]

The imaginary second level is 60 dB more intense than the real level of the caller.

60 dB means a multiplication of 10⁶ = 1 million.

That's how many equally-talented callers it would take to be 60 dB louder than him.

What sort of process converts the mechanized energy in the ocean into electricity?
allochka39001 [22]
I think it is the wave energy.
Wave energy also known as the ocean energy is the energy harnessed from the ocean or sea waves. It is a source of power that comes from the endless march of the waves as they roll into the shore then back out. Using wave energy is advantageous as they are environmental friendly as there are no harmful byproducts, and also the energy from waves can be taken directly into electricity-producing machinery and used to power generators.

Write the sequence of filling electrons in the subshell in order of increasing energy.
tankabanditka [31]

Answer:

In a way of energy “1s” subsell contains most energy. because 1 s subsell contains the electrons of K orbital which is nearest from the nucleus. so the order of energy will be 1s>2s>2p> 3s> 3p> 4s> 3d> 4p> 5s> 4d> 5p> 6s> 4f> 5d> 6p> 7s and the increasing order of thair energies will be- 4s <3d<4p<5s<4d<5p<6s<4f.
