The balanced reaction will be

2 agno3(aq) + k2co3 (aq) -----> Ag2CO3 (s) + KNO3(aq)

There will be formation of precipitate of silver carbonate

The salt of potassium nitrate will be soluble in water

This must be due to

a) Ksp of silver carbonate is low

b) nitrates of all cations are soluble in water as they have high Ksp

Where:

Ksp is solubility product

The product that is soluble in water would be potassium nitrate or KNO3 while it is silver carbonate (Ag2CO3) that would form a solid precipitate after the reaction. Ag2CO3 is insoluble in water. One indication would be the presence of the silver ion. Almost all of the compounds of silver are insoluble or has poor solubility in water.
