A= cross sectional area

d= distance between the plates

C= 8.85 × 10^−12 Fm−1 × 0.2m^2/0.009 m

c) E= V/d = 140 V/0.009m = 15.56 Vm-1

d) W= 1/2 CV^2 = 1/2 × 1.967 ×10^-10 F × (140)^2 =1.93×10^-6J
