Well let's start off with all the people:

Chantelle is running with sandals ( which is not very wise because you can trip eaisly in sandals)

Sarah is running with the lowest stride possible, so that means she is running the shortest length at her race pace, or even faster than her race pace. But since it is the shortest stride, it is most likely her normal race pace.

Kevin is running with his hands at his chest. Which is a good way to run, however it may depend it he has his hands are closed into a fist, or if they are open were you can see is hands.

Chris is running the longet stride which means he is going the most distance, which also means he is running faster than his race pace which is not good for you.

So my answer would be kevin is running in the best form.

If you need more help with this subject then feel free to pm me :)

Out of all of them I would say CHRIS bc your supposed to run in comfortable shoes for your feet's sake ( so that's a no to Chantelle). You are supposed to run with your arms swinging beside you or however just not still like kevin bc that burns energy you may need to finish the run. You are supposed to lengthen your stride, taking short strides for 1 burns energy and 2 it takes longer. hope this helps.

Why don't I have freinds?
Archy [21]

Answer:

Lack of friends can be a result of reading signals incorrectly. Many people think other people don't like them, so they don't like them in return and thus it goes on and on and before you know it, you hate that person, before you've even spoken to them. ... Friendship favours the brave.

A muscle cramp is a sudden, painful contraction of a muscle, during which movement is difficult. What is happening at the cellul
siniylev [52]

At the onset of a muscle contraction, the presence of calcium triggers the opening of the Na-K channels in the membrane. Potassium is a calcium inhibitor, so as the potassium flows out of the cell, it eventually reduces the presence of calcium. This causes the closure of the Na-K channel (negative feedback mechanism). In a hypokalemic state, the lack of sufficient K doesn't inhibit the calcium channel, and in turn doesn't properly terminate the muscle contraction at the cellular level.
