Answer

1. Positive .A positive peer pressure happens when an individual’s peer influences them to get involved in an activity which is growth building. For example a peer who is determined to perform well in school can influence other people to be focused in their studies. A peer who is kind can make other develop similar traits. In this example, joining a dance class improves body health because a person gets more cardio exercises.

2. Find a more moderate activity that she enjoys is the most effective first step she can take to develop a daily activity routine. This is the art of figuring out what to do and when to do it. First one can make a list of all his or her daily task by gathering all the information needed. Then create a schedule for morning, midday and evening. Make the schedule flexible and give your routine a test trial.

3. A calf stretch activity would best target a key muscle in her cool down routine. The calf muscles are responsible for the gas and brake system when we run. When calves muscles are strong, a person achieves a better running form when exercising with more power and speed. Weak calves are associated with calf strain, hip problems and shin splints.

4. It is important to show sportsmanship because it builds mutual respect. Sportsmanship is all about applying important values such as respect, decency and dignity into the way players behave with opponents before, during and after a competition. Sportsperson should compete fairly in an environment that ensures a game is played in the manner it is supposed to be played.

5.All bone development takes place when you are a teen,so get ready to build strength now. Bone forms on the cartilaginous matrix throughout fetal development and into childhood growth. When a fetus is given birth, the cartilage is already replaced by bone. The remaining additional cartilage is normally replaced with bone throughout childhood where as some cartilage will remain in the adult skeleton.

6. The principle at work is Progression. The principle requires that a person training should increase overload through adoption of the FITT ( frequency, intensity, time and type) technique. Through this principle, only the targeted exercises will improve particular fitness objectives. For example, in the case above adding distance and intensity in her training will best prepare her for the marathon.

Why were sports competitions originally organized?
vovangra [49]

Answer:

Explanation:

he history of sports extends back to the Ancient world. The physical activity that developed into sports had early links with ritual, warfare and entertainment.

Study of the history of sport can teach lessons about social changes and about the nature of sport itself, as sport seems involved in the development of basic human skills (compare play). As one delves further back in history, dwindling evidence makes theories of the origins and purposes of sport more and more difficult to support.

As far back as the beginnings of sport, it was related to military training. For example, competition was used as a mean to determine whether individuals were fit and useful for service. Team sports were used to train and to prove the capability to fight in the military and also to work together as a team (military unit).

If we damage another person's property, what must we do
Fofino [41]
You must go knock on their door and give them either your phone number so you can give them your insurance information or give it to them right then and there. If you don't want to give that info, pay with a check or cash so they can get it repaired. Or you can fix it yourself if they want you to. They might want you to do some other things to make up for it like mow the lawn once a week for a month or something. <span />
