Unfortunately I only know how to do the second and third one. I could try to do the first one, but Im unsure if itll be right. So the rule for exponents is that when you take an exponent to a power, you simply multiply them. So, for #1, I would multiply the 7 and 3 to get a power of 21. Im getting 4x^4y^21 but Im not confident at all in that answer.

I know exactly how to do the second and third problem. You would just mulitply the 6 and -2 to get -12. You have to move that x^-12 to the denomatior to get:

5/x^1^{2}

For the third one, when you divide exponents, you subtract them.

81/9 = 9

x^5/x^2 = x^3

y^2/y^3 = y^-1

z/z = 1 (cancels out)

So you have this:

9x^3y^-^1

Move the y to the bottom to get:

9x^3/y
