And instead of giving inmediate solutions to supress syntoms, it helps determine a mayor look over the disordeR. This requieres more time that other short time treatments, but it is a deeper work.

Cognitive therapy helps to eliminate syntomps of bosesive compulsive disorder by modifying behaviors, this means they work with modifying thoughts in order to change bahaviors.
