Answer:Client identifies methods for reducing exposure risk to allergens.

Explanation: Allergens are substances or materials that are capable of causing body reactions when in contact with the body or when used. Different persons have different kinds of allergens that are capable of causing a reaction from their body system.

When a patient or a client's tells you that he or her has identified methods for reducing exposure risk to allergens it means that the Client's knowledge as it regards Allergens have been improved and enhanced so he can possibly handle, manage and prevent the use of certain allergens.

Answer   Either B or C

Explanation:

The term “tort” refers to a violation in which one person causes damage, injury, or harm to another person. Such violation could occur due to intentional actions, a breach of duty as in negligence, or a violation of certain statutes.

I do not think option A and D are not correct.

The elements of negligence are duty of care; breach of that duty of care; causation, i.e. a causal link between the individual’s injury or property damage; and actual damage either to a person or to property.

With this definition, i believe the best choices would be Option B or C.

I am not that sure which one is correct, they both can be seen as a tort.

I hoped this helped narrow it down, i am so sorry i can;t give a clear answer!

Let me know which one it was!
