Explain how, in general, riemann sum approximations to the area of a region under a curve change as the number of subintervals
Lyrx [107]

As you increase the subintervals the area will be closer and closer to the real value. In other words your approximation gets better.

As you increase the intervals, there will be more rectanagles and the added area of these rectangles are converging towards the actual area under the curve.

Line m is drawn so that it is perpendicular to two distinct planes, Q and R. What must be true about planes Q and R?
UNO [17]
B. are parallel.

<span>Line m is drawn so that it is perpendicular to two distinct planes, Q and R. Therefore, planes Q and R are parallel.

Since it doesn't state that two planes intersect with each other, it is safe to assume that only line m is their connection. The planes are parallel with each other. </span>

Answer:

For \frac{6}{25}   = \frac{d}{30} , d = 7.2

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, the given expression is \frac{6}{25}   = \frac{d}{30}

To find the value of the variable d :

\frac{6}{25}   = \frac{d}{30}  \implies d = \frac{6}{25} \times 30

or, d = \frac{180}{25}  = \frac{36}{5 }   = 7.2

Hence, for \frac{6}{25}   = \frac{d}{30} , d = 7.2
