The pick-and-roll is an example of both a team and an individual sport strategy. TRUE OR FALSE
Brilliant_brown [7]
Basically speaking, the pick-and-roll strategy is but a team play strategy which would be commonly executed by a minimum of two players. As for it being an individual strategy, the player must have the superhuman abilities to execute both the screen while handling the ball on his own OR could be technically executed with a perfect fake. Either way, it would be a classic strategy by a team that would always be effective when executed at perfect timings and together with the other strategies available at hand.
