The Nervous System is the power source of your body. Using electrical impulses, your nervous system helps control your muscle movements. The two main functions are the Sensory(afferent) division- which brings information to your brain. Then your Motor(efferent) division- which sends signals out.

The process by which an individual seeks out environments that correspond to their genotypic characteristics is described as the
Lilit [14]

Answer:

Active genotype - environmental effects

Explanation:

There are primarily three types of co-relation between genotype and environment which are as follows –

a) Passive genotype –environment effect – This depicts the relationship between the genetic characteristics acquired by a child from his/her parents and the environment in which he/she is raised.

b) Reactive genotype –environment effect – This represents a relationship between genetically acquired behaviour from parents and the reaction corresponding to such behaviour.

c) Active genotype –environment effect – This represents a relationship between genetic tendency of an individual and the environment condition selected by an individual .

What is meant by a phenotype ratio in a Punnett square? (1 point)
Lemur [1.5K]

Given the nature of a punnet square, we can conclude that the ratio in question refers to the combination of genotypes present in the square.

A punnet square is a diagram used to attempt to predict the genetic composition for the offspring of certain parents, that is the genotype for this specific cross. This is done by creating a square in the form of a grid and placing the genotypes of the parents on the outside of this then crossing them along the inside.

This diagram provides us with the probability of each genotype outcome. This is known as the phenotype ratio. The phenotypic ratio is the amount of times a specific outcome, such as a certain pair of alleles appears in the predicted genotypes of any of the offspring pertaining to this cross.

which of the following is an advantage of electron microscopy? choose one: a. specimens can be observed at high resolution. b. t
larisa [96]

The microscope is inexpensive and easy to use is an advantage of electron microscopy. High resolution images of both biological and non-biological specimens can be obtained using the electron microscopy (EM) technique. In order to fully understand the structure of tissues, cells, organelles, and macromolecular complexes, it is employed in biomedical research.

There are various kinds of electron microscopes, such as the scanning electron microscope (SEM), the transmission electron microscope (TEM), and the reflection electron microscope (REM.). Magnification and better resolution are possible thanks to the utilization of electrons as opposed to light waves, allowing for the analysis of structures that would otherwise be invisible.
