If Billy needs 4000 points then it tells us how much is needed. Then it tells us he has compleated 3/5 of it. In order to get how much he still has left, you just multiply the two numbers together and then subsract that number from 4000.

4000 * 3/5 = 2400 (That is how much he has completed)

4000 - 2400 = 1600

Billy still needs 1600 points.

The tree was 30 feet tall. If we divide 33 by 1.1(undoing the 10% increase) we get 30. We can prove this by multiplying 30 by 1.1

There are 498 coins in a bottle 1/3 of the coins are in pounds 124 of the coins are 50p and the rest are 20p work out the total
OverLord2011 [107]

Step-by-step explanation:

No. of coins in pounds → 1/3 x 498 = 166

No. of coins in 50p → 124

No. of coins in 20p → 498 - 166 - 124 = 208

Total Value: 166pounds + 124 (50p) + 208 (20p)

unfortunately, I do not know the exact currencies of pounds and "p" so I'm sorry I'm afraid but I can't calculate the total value
