Kaopectate is a medicine used to treat conditions such as upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea etc. The adult dosage is 30 ml which are equal to 2 tablespoons. A person should take no more than 6 doses or 12 tablespoons per day (during 24h). It usually comes with a dosage cup, so it shouldn't be a problem for the patients to take the exact dosage.
