If you starve yourself in a week, like by not eating anything, you will die in 3 days. Your body cannot survive without any food or water in a week! If you are thinking of doing it, don't!! If you want to loose weight try doing a healthy diet and exercise!
I hope this helped :)

The graph shows the market for cereal in Houston, where there are over 1,000 stores that sell cereal at any given moment. Suppos

Answer:

This is the full question:

suppose the Surgeon General issues a public statement saying that consuming cereal is good for your health.

how does this affect the market for cereal? (why?)

Explanation:

The answer is that the quantity demanded of cereal, represented by the demand curve, will shift to the right, because a factor, other than price, is increasing the demand.

In this case, the demand is increased by a change in consumer's preferences. Customers now are willing to buy more cereal at any given price because the words of the Surgeon General have made them increase their preference for this product.

General anesthesia is not used frequently in obstetrics because of the risks involved. There are physiologic changes that occur
melisa1 [442]

Answer:

b) Fetal hypersensitivity to anesthetic

Explanation:

In general, any type of anesthesia does not present major problems, ie the risks of anesthesia in pregnancy are low, but it depends on a number of factors, ie they exist.

The fetus may have some sensitivity to the anesthetic drug and this may increase the risk of malformation of the baby, for example. The greatest risks are those of spontaneous abortion and premature birth. The likelihood of an abortion when a woman takes anesthesia is about 6%, up to 11% if given in the first trimester of pregnancy. The other concern, premature birth, must also be great, since there is an 8% chance of this happening when a pregnant woman is subjected to anesthesia.

But then how to deal with this kind of problem since anesthesia can do harm to the baby? As we said earlier, everything will depend on a number of factors. Of course, if you can avoid and only take anesthesia after pregnancy, this is most recommended.
