Answer : The given chemical reaction is:

                       2C_6H_{10}+17O_2\rightarrow 12CO_2+10H_2O

Initial            0.427          1.41         0             0

Change        -2x             -17x        +12x       +10x

Final         0.427-2x      1.41-17x    12x         10x

Explanation :

First we have to calculate the moles of C_6H_{10} and O_2

\text{Moles of }C_6H_{10}=\frac{\text{Mass of }C_6H_{10}}{\text{Molar mass of }C_6H_{10}}

Mass of C_6H_{10} = 35 g

Molar mass of C_6H_{10} = 82 g/mol

\text{Moles of }C_6H_{10}=\frac{35g}{82g/mol}=0.427mol

and,

\text{Moles of }O_2=\frac{\text{Mass of }O_2}{\text{Molar mass of }O_2}

Mass of O_2 = 45 g

Molar mass of O_2 = 32 g/mol

\text{Moles of }O_2=\frac{45g}{32g/mol}=1.41mol

Now we have to complete the ICE table.

The given chemical reaction is:

                      2C_6H_{10}+17O_2\rightarrow 12CO_2+10H_2O

Initial             0.427          1.41        0             0

Change        -2x             -17x        +12x       +10x

Final         0.427-2x      1.41-17x      12x         10x

Compare the arrangements of individual particles in solids, liquids, and has
erastovalidia [21]
Solids have particles that stay in place and vibrate (least energy)
Liquids have enough energy to slide past each other and have no definite shape.
Gas has a lot of energy and moves freely with no certain shape or volume

Which of the following is NOT soluble in water?
GrogVix [38]
C6H6 is the most insoluble in water as it is non polar in nature. HCL is highly soluble in water as it is an electrolyte. Kbr is also highly soluble in water. NaCl dissolves in water very quickly. CH3CH3OH is also totally soluble in water because of the Hydrogen bonding formation. It is a well known fact that the hydrocarbons do not easily mix with water. C6H6 being a strong hydrocarbon does not mix with water. So among NaCl, KBr, CH3CH3OH, HCl and C6H6, the hydrocarbon is the least soluble in water.

What is a cone of depression
Sav [38]

A cone of depression occurs in an aquifer when groundwater is pumped from a well. In an unconfined aquifer, this is an actual depression of the water levels. In confined aquifers, the cone of depression is a reduction in the pressure head surrounding the pumped well.
