It is beneficial to manage resources using sustainable practices because it allows resources to be available for a very long time.

Option: B

Explanation:

It is beneficial to manage resources using sustainable practices because we can use especially, the non-renewable resources for a long period of time. Sustainable resource management helps to ensure that the use of resources does not cause an imbalance in the environment.

All of us have the responsibility to protect and manage our natural resources. We all must follow the 3 R's of waste management (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle). If we have this in practice, we can save a lot of resources. Also we need to save our natural resources such as plants and animals. This can be done if we check deforestation and also stop hunting animals, so that the animals can be saved from being endangered and extinct.

In order to protect our non- renewable resources such as petroleum and natural gas, we should make use of renewable resources such as sunlight, wind for producing electricity. We must also use carpooling and use public transport to save fuels. Thus, by following these practices we can manage resources effectively to be used for our next generation.

b. Child weight = 72.6 lb = 32.93 kg
Medrol to be given = 1.5 mg per kg
Quantity of Medrol = 20 mg/mL
Dosage available = 20 mg/mL / 1.5 mg/kg = 13.33 kg/mL
Dosage according to body weight = 32.93 kg / 13.33 kg/mL = 2.47 mL
