dominick was baking cookies for their younger sister and burned their hand.

What is baking?

Baking is a method of cooking that uses dry heat, usually in an oven, but it can also be done in hot ashes or on hot stones. Bread is the most common baked item, but many other foods can be baked. "From the surface of cakes, cookies, and slices of bread to their centers, heat is gradually transferred."

Refined coconut oil is a better choice for baking and cooking due to its mild flavor and high smoke point.

The verb "bake" represents the placement of food in an oven with a single motion. BAKE: Turn the verb "BAKE" into the noun "OVEN" with a double motion.

Salsk061 [2.6K]
Equality is giving everyone the same amount of something. Equity is giving those who are in need more of something in order to help them be equal with others. For example, an equalist will give everyone the same amount of food regardless of their size. An equitist, on the other hand, will give food in accordance to one's size. In my opinion, both have their pros and cons.

Answer:

D. an external locus of control

Explanation:

In psychology, there are two distinct types of locus of control including the internal and the external locus of control.

External locus of control is described as a process through which an individual feels that his or her failures or successes occur as a consequence of some external factors or reasons which is beyond his or her control, for example, unfair teachers, circumstance, prejudiced, luck, injustice, bias, fate, etc.

An individual who is experiencing an external locus of control generally feels anxious as he or she believe of not having any control over his or her life.

In the question above, Helene's lack of perceptiveness best illustrates the dangers of an external locus of control.
