Answer:

Option C is the answer.

Explanation:

It is necessary to use high-beam highlights anytime you cannot see clearly enough to drive safely. It is very important to learn to use them because even though they can be very helpful they are also able to endanger other drivers if they aren't used carefully. When you are 300 feet behind another vehicle you are following it is safe to use them; for closer distances, they mustn't be used.

A red shift in the spectrum of the light from an object indicates the object is moving ____ you.
jek_recluse [69]
Away from you. This is known as the Doppler affect. It basically states that if an object is moving away from you the streching of the wave causes a red shift and if the object is moving towards you the compression of the waves causes a blue shift.

How many moles of ammonium nitrate are there in 32.5 mL of<br> a0.125 M NH4NO3 solution?
Nady [450]

<u>Answer:</u> The number of moles of ammonium nitrate is 0.004 moles.

<u>Explanation:</u>

To calculate the number of moles for given molarity, we use the equation:

\text{Molarity of the solution}=\frac{\text{Moles of solute}\times 1000}{\text{Volume of solution (in mL)}}

We are given:

Molarity of NH_4NO_3 solution = 0.125 M

Volume of solution = 32.5 mL

Putting values in above equation, we get:

0.125M=\frac{\text{Moles of }NH_4NO_3\times 1000}{32.5mL}\\\\\text{Moles of }NH_4NO_3=0.004mol

Hence, the number of moles of ammonium nitrate is 0.004 moles.

If HCl were added to a solution containing lead(II) ions, sodium ions, nickel(II) ions, and potassium ions, which ions would pre
Goryan [66]
To predict the solubility of the compounds you should base on solubility tables.

I used one from wikipedia. If you google "solubility table" you will find this table as first option.

There I found that nickel, potassium and sodium chlorides are very soluble with solubilities of two digits. While lead clhoride has a solubility close to 1 g per 100 g of water. Then lead is the ion that will precipitate with certainty.
