Hi there, thanks for asking a question here.

It sounds like the patient has sensorypeceptul disturbances. This disturbance is when a person feels a weakness, numbness, and tingly sensation on their feet.

What should the nurse do? The nurse should make sure the patient's bed rails are low to make sure it is easy to get in and out of bed. The nurse should assist the patient when they need to get out bed. To prevent the risk of infection, an aseptic technique and more fluids could help the patient.

Hope that helps! ★ If you have further questions about this question or need more help, feel free to comment below or post another question and send the link to me. -UnicornFudge aka Qamar

Amphotericin treats problems like fatal fungal infection.

Further Explanation:

Amphotericin is a type of drug used to treat problems like fatal fungal infection. It stops the growth of fungi. Fungi is the multicellular organism that are heterotrophic in nature which means they feed on other organism. There are some fungi which are edible but some are very harmful to the human beings.

The amphotericin-b is injected into body through the veins. It is given slowly through the intravenous infusion depending on the severity of the infection the amphotericin-B can be given upto many weeks or months.

The common side effect of the drug may include: vomiting, stomach ache, nausea, headache, joint pain, diarrhea and weight loss.

If the patient who has been taking amphotericin reports weakness, numbness, and a tingling sensation in his feet then he might be suffering from sensory disturbances. The nurse should help the patient when they get out of the bed and in order to prevent the risk of infection they should use the aseptic technique.

If a man and a woman, each with sickle-cell trait, were planning to marry, what information could you provide them regarding the
kiruha [24]

Answer:

I'll inform them that the possibility of all their future children/offspring being phenotypically sickle-celled is very high.

Explanation:

Sickle cell is an inherited disease condition in which the red blood cells of the blood loses its shape and hence, dies or gets broken down. It has to do with the blood genotype of an individual. There are three major types of blood genotypes in humans namely: AA, AS, and SS. SS is the recessive genotype that codes for the sickle cell trait.

Hence, a human with the sickle cell trait has a genotype- SS. Therefore, according to this question, a man and a woman, each with sickle-cell trait (SS), were planning to marry, This will mean that both the man and the woman will always produce a gamete with S allele, which will combine to form an SS offspring. In other words, all of the offsprings of this man and woman will be sickle-celled.
