What is the proper technique for performing chest compressions during CPR?

First if you are alone 10 chest compressions and then two breaths then if your with someone 20 chest compressions and 4 breaths. My mother is a RN In NYC

It's a hard one between the last two. It would depend on the circumstances and the teen themselves. Generally speaking, teens who have parents that enforce things don't act out but on occasion some have decided to "rebel" and take an alternative route. 

However, for the sake of this question, I'm going to say a teen whose girlfriend broke up with him but acts as if nothing had happened.

Look at the way that they act. If they are into doing rebellious things, that could be bad. If they hang out with kids that you know aren't good kids, that could also be bad. If they ask you if you want some drugs or alcohol, that is DEFINITELY bad.
