A specific behavior is not having the motivation to get active. Changing this behavior can help with your body physically by staying active. It helps with social because you can do active games like soccer, volley ball and more with your friends. Ot helps mentally because the more you are active the less you sit at home feeling depressed and overwhelmed. To change this behavior you can get with a couple friends to give u motivation to get up and moving around. They can help because one thing friends always do is support eachother and they will help you accomplish your goal every step of the way.
