To start off you want both of the fractions to have the same denominator so you will change 2/5 into 6/15 and 2/3 into 10/15.
Than you figure out a number in between being 7, 8, or 9 and divide it by fifteen. Which ever one equals 0.533. (Which in this case is 8) is the numerator to the fraction.
