Why are decomposers important to the environment?
Simora [160]

Answer:

They provide nutrients for the growth of plants

Explanation:

When plants and animals die, they become food for decomposers like bacteria, fungi and earthworms. Decomposers or saprotrophs recycle dead plants and animals into chemical nutrients like carbon and nitrogen that are released back into the soil, air and water.

What components and structures of membrane facilitates unequal distribution of polar and charged molecules on two different side
chubhunter [2.5K]

The Ion Channels of membrane facilitates unequal distribution of polar and charged molecules on two different sides of membrane.

The traveling wave of electrical excitation, known as an action potential/nerve impulse, can carry a message without attenuation from one end of a neuron to the other as speeds as great 100m/sec or more.

The voltage is an electrical potential energy that is caused by the separation of opposite charges, in the case of across membrane.

It is so because a membrane potential arises when, there is a difference in electrical charge on both the sides of a membrane, due to a slight excess in positive ions over negative ones on one side and a slight deficit on the other.

We will now consider the secretions involved in fat digestion, including the organs that secrete or release them. review the lis
zhenek [66]
I cannot find the list of molecules and organs, but I gonna explain all existing lipid digestion.
First, you should know that triglycerides are not absorbable. The absorbable substances are free fatty acids, monoglycerides and cholesterol.

The main stages of lipid digestion:-Fat emulsification;
-Hydrolysis of lipids (by enzymes);
-Formation of micelles;
-Endocytosis of the micellar contents.

The enzymes responsible for lipid hydrolysis are:
lipases (pancreatic): secreted by the exocrine pancreas
colipase: secreted by the pancreas in an inactive form. Its role is to help the lipase in its activity.
cholesterol esterase: secreted by the pancreas too.
phospholipase A2: exists in the majority of the cells

Write a short story (at least a paragraph and a half long) explaining the rock cycle
Doss [256]

The Rock Cycle is a group of changes. Igneous rock can change into sedimentary rock or into metamorphic rock. Sedimentary rock can change into metamorphic rock or into igneous rock. Metamorphic rock can change into igneous or sedimentary rock.
Igneous rock forms when magma cools and makes crystals. Magma is a hot liquid made of melted minerals. The minerals can form crystals when they cool. Igneous rock can form underground, where the magma cools slowly. Or, igneous rock can form above ground, where the magma cools quickly.
