Affordable Care Act was passed in US by the Obama government on March 23rd 2010. It was an act to improve the pre-existing health act and was an attempt to include each and every person of the population under a health insurance by the government.
The chief characteristics of this system included that the yearly allowance will be same for each person of a particular age group, but will vary from different age groups.
The insurance policy consisted of four different tiers bronze, silver, gold and platinum and the yearly amount of deposit also varies from plan to plan. This tends to improve the healthcare of the overall population of US.
The law of public urination being illegal is a law designed to benefit health. Urine is very unsanitary and a bio-hazard so a law against urinating in public helps so those chemicals are not out in the public.
